2017 Outdoor Soccer Registration is scheduled to open January 3, 2017! Please ensure you read all the information below prior to registering! Information on the teams at each age group including playing days is on the applicable division tab.

2017 Oakridge Optimist Soccer Registration will be on-line for 2017. There is no drop off or in person registration option for 2017. A registration link can be found at the bottom of this page to complete the registration process.
Please ensure you understand the refund and other policies detailed below prior to registration. If you have any questions regarding registration, please ask prior to registering your child.
Please note that while we have a late registration deadline, many of our age groups will fill up prior to this date. Players are placed on a first come basis as long as you have completely registered them in the system and have paid for the registration.
To be completely registered you must complete the check out procedure at the on line registration site. You will get an e-mail confirming your registration is complete. If you do not see the e-mail you most likely have not checked out your basket in the on line site and are not registered!
1. A credit card is required to make your on-line payment. If you do not have a credit card please choose the office payment option and then follow the instructions provided.
2. All house league divisions are capped as to size. Once a division is full, registrations are then wait listed. Register early to avoid being wait listed.
3. Requests to play with another non-sibling player may be made to a limit of one request per player. This request will be reviewed by the division convenor but is not guaranteed.
A late fee of $30 may apply to registrations after February 28th, 2017.
Once registered, withdrawals for any reason, must be made by e-mailing firstname.lastname@example.org and are subject to a $30 administration fee. Refund requests must be received no later than April 1st, no refund requests will be allowed after that date. Refund cheques will be issued after April 1st, 2017.

2017 House League Registration Fees: Surcharge of $30 may apply after February 28th
Cash or Cheque Only. NSF Cheques subject to $30 surcharge
Ages 4, 5 and 6 - $85.00
Under 8 through Under 10 - $110.00
U12 and older - $120.00
Refund requests will be subject to a $30 fee.
Refund deadline is April 1st, 2017. No refunds will be processed if requested after this date. Refund requests must be e-mailed to firstname.lastname@example.org by April 1st, 2017.
Registration Procedures 2017
-Each Oakridge family requires a PowerUp Family Profile to register from. Please do NOT make a new one each year!
All registrations must be completed online. You will need a working email address to create a PowerUp Family Profile. These are created via PowerUp the FIRST year you register. You must add @oakridgesoccer.ca to your list of accepted senders (or Safe List) in your Email Contact List to receive receipts, updates and notices! We will NEVER share your email address nor send you info unrelated to our soccer club using it! Please refrain from making multiple Profiles and use the "Forgot my Password" prompt. Be careful not to pick up a space when you cut and paste your temporary password in!
